eko is hiring a Receiving Lead to manage weekend inbound receiving operations at our Bentonville, AR facility. You will lead a small team of receiving associates, ensure accurate goods receipts, maintain inventory integrity, and uphold safety standards. You will coordinate with warehouse operations, scheduling, and inventory control to ensure timely putaway of goods.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekend receiving activities and supervise the receiving team.
• Verify inbound shipments, oversee unloading, scanning, and putaway of goods.
• Maintain accurate receiving records in the warehouse management system (WMS); conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations, inventory control, and scheduling to ensure timely putaway of goods.
• Train and develop team members; monitor performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse receiving/operations or related field.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS); forklift certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
