Nail Technician - Nights

Monday thru Thursday, hours 18:00-04:00, with Shift Pay Premium

Our first-of-its-kind facility opened in Northwest Arkansas in summer 2025 and is rapidly scaling to support high-volume, high-quality product media capture at unprecedented speed and scale.

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nail care and beauty, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, and skilled in a wide range of manicure services. You will be responsible for helping on-camera models look and feel their best by providing high-quality nail treatments in a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.

What you will do:

• Perform high-quality manicures and other nail treatments to on-camera models, including but not limited to:
• Nail shaping, filing, and buffing
• Cuticle care and conditioning
• Application of various polish types (regular, gel, shellac)
• Application and removal of artificial nails (acrylics, gels, dips)
• Nail art and design 
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation and tools in accordance with Arkansas State Board of Cosmetology regulations and salon policies. This includes proper disinfection and sterilization of all equipment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest nail trends, techniques, products, and health and safety standards.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Valid Arkansas Manicurist or Cosmetology license issued by the Arkansas Department of Health, Cosmetology Section.
• Proven experience as a Manicurist or Nail Technician.
• Proficiency in a variety of manicure and pedicure techniques.
• Knowledge of nail care products and their application.
• Strong attention to detail and artistic ability for nail design.
• Ability to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Experience with advanced nail techniques (e.g., sculpting, intricate art).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Work Environment:

• This position operates primarily within a capture factory setting.
• The noise level can range from moderate to loud.
• Manual dexterity and steady hand.
• Ability to work with various chemicals and polishes (with appropriate safety measures).
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles (e.g. forklifts, trucks).

This position pays a 10% night shift premium, with an hourly rate of $36.30. In addition, this position will be eligible to work an additional shift on a voluntary basis, based on business needs.  All hourly rates meet or exceed applicable state and federal minimum wage laws. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
