EHS Specialist III

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineering and ops to provide safety insights.
• Identify hazards; perform risk assessments (JHA) and implement controls.
• Support launch pad equipment: gas, cryogenics, flammable liquids, electrical, mechanical.
• Build safety processes and programs for Launch Operations from on-site observations.
• Balance time between program development and in-field safety support.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations with root-cause action.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3+ years of EHS experience; aerospace/launch Ops preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA, ANSI, ASME safety standards.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, hazard analyses, and incident investigations.
• Experience in project management and continuous improvement of safety programs.
• Certifications such as ASP/CSP, OSHA 30, RCRA/DOT; MS Office proficiency.
