- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3+ years of EHS experience; aerospace/launch Ops preferred.
- Familiarity with OSHA, ANSI, ASME safety standards.
- Experience conducting risk assessments, hazard analyses, and incident investigations.
- Experience in project management and continuous improvement of safety programs.
- Certifications such as ASP/CSP, OSHA 30, RCRA/DOT; MS Office proficiency.
