EHR Optimization Lead

📋 Description

• Lead EHR optimization and multi-program project management.
• Assess and optimize practice EHR usage to support ACO initiatives.
• Drive EHR integrations and data exchange across practices.
• Manage multiple projects and train staff on value-based workflows.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and present to leadership.
• Build client relationships and provide EHR expertise for adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may be accepted.
• 6+ years as client-facing project lead in healthcare.
• 3+ years implementing/optimizing top-tier ambulatory EHRs.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory, NextGen, Athena, Greenway, eClinicalWorks.
• Strong project management, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration.
• Travel periodically; knowledge of MIPS is a plus.
