  • Act as main contact for strategic clients using Ebury Connect.
  • Create and execute commercial strategies to grow revenue (upsell/cross-sell).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and follow-up meetings with clients.
  • Ensure completeness and excellence in operational processes for accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Treasury, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Technology) on actions to resolve incidents and implement improvements.
  • Experience with FX quotation, settlement and reconciliation is a plus.

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management.
  • Experience in international payments and foreign exchange operations.
  • Experience managing corporate accounts (key accounts) or B2B partners.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
