School-Based Therapist - High School

📋 Description

• Provide therapy to students with emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to foster trauma-informed environments.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy per ESS's trauma-informed model.
• Maintain a stable school-based schedule with no evenings or weekends.
• Coordinate care and referrals to community services.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and join regular team meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience with children/adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges.
• Active CA license or CA associate (ASW/AMFT/APCC) or full license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Experience in school-based or youth mental health settings preferred.
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
