🎯 Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
- Active New York State clinical license (LMHC or LMSW/LCSW).
- Minimum 2 years' experience with children/adolescents with IDD or dual dx.
- Experience with behavioral interventions and crisis support; comfortable with physical intervention protocols.
- Familiarity with DIR/Floortime, play therapy, or ABA preferred.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and coaching skills.
