🎯 Requirements
- 6-12 years in aerospace electrical engineering, esp. test infrastructure or HIL.
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
- Deep understanding of complex integrated subsystems architectures and high-voltage/high-power testing.
- High proficiency in creating wiring diagrams and using schematic tools (Siemens Capital).
- Experience with serial bus protocols (CANBUS, ARINC, RS-232/485).
- Coordinating or leading small technical teams of engineers and technicians.
