🎯 Requirements

- 3–6 years in partnerships, business development, or account management in education/industrial B2B tech.
- Experience developing educational content, curricula, or instructional resources.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; comfortable presenting to varied audiences.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Highly organized, self-directed, able to manage multiple partnerships/projects.
- Passion for education, workforce equity, and skilled trades.
- Familiarity with maintenance, facilities ops; CMMS experience a plus.
