Education Aide

📋 Description

• Support teachers to ensure high levels of student achievement and growth
• Assist in building a positive classroom culture of hard work, warmth, and joy
• Implement pedagogical best practices under guidance of teachers or admins
• Provide structured academic interventions using real-time formative data
• Support bus routes as a chaperone
• Plan and execute events (movie nights, holidays, chess tournaments, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• Experience working with or managing groups of children
• Prior experience as a teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or in childcare/education
• Familiarity with project-based learning or learner-driven environments
• ITAR: US citizen/national, green card holder, refugee or asylee; eligible for authorizations
• Must lift up to 25 lbs and work extended hours through summer, including holidays/weekends
