🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a 4-year Bachelor's in Journalism, Communications, Meteorology, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and research skills with attention to detail.
• Interest in weather, climate, and science storytelling.
• Basic SEO and digital publishing knowledge.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to work in a fast-paced newsroom.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; willing to work occasional evenings/weekends.
