🎯 Requirements
- 3–7+ years experience in content marketing, editorial, distribution, creative production, or media-style roles
- A portfolio of high-quality video, editorial, or social content
- A “creator meets strategist” hybrid — ideate, script, edit, and distribute
- Deep distribution intuition: hooks, packaging, thumbnails, pacing, algorithms
- Strong writing and editing skills with a crisp, modern voice
- Experience in SaaS, GTM, AI, or technical storytelling is a plus
