Editor, Audiobooks – Northern Europe

📋 Description

• Develop and contribute to editorial strategy for audiobooks across Northern Europe.
• Manage ongoing editorial updates, collections, and playlists for testing.
• Collaborate on editorial recommendations using data and business goals.
• Build day-to-day relationships with sales reps at Dutch publishers.
• Support programming of editorial content on the platform as needed.
• Use research, cultural insights, and data analytics to enhance the editorial lens.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years editing, curating, or merchandising content on digital platforms or publishers.
• Fluency in Dutch and strong English; Swedish or Danish a plus.
• Deep knowledge of the Northern European publishing landscape.
• Ability to balance commercial recommendations with diverse programming.
• Keen ability to identify writers, series, and titles for recommendations.
• Comfortable using quantitative and qualitative data to inform editorial decisions.
