Edibles (Kitchen) Agent

📋 Description

• Assist kitchen staff in daily production of cannabis-infused foods using commercial machinery.
• Execute batch production as assigned by leadership; improve efficiency.
• Adhere to manufacturing SOPs to ensure potency and homogenization.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that may damage edibles and affect quality control.
• Train in food safety and sanitation and maintain a clean, safe production area.
• Assist labeling, packaging and tracking edibles for final sale.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of production experience, preferably in a regulated field for human consumption.
• Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus.
• Understand recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation.
• Strong task-management and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail; monitor production and label accurately.
• Sit, stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
