Edibles (Kitchen) Agent, 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Support production and packaging of infused edible products.
• Prepping, cleaning, cooking, labeling, and packaging edible products.
• Operate basic production and packaging machinery.
• Produce and package edibles per State rules and Cresco standards.
• Follow batch production and SOPs to ensure potency and homogenization.
• Maintain a clean, safe production facility with proper food safety/sanitation.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of general production experience (regulated field preferred).
• Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus.
• Understanding of recipes, food production, and kitchen sanitation.
• Strong task-management and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail for monitoring production, packaging, and labeling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive actions.
