๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Become a major contributor assisting clients via chat/email on 837/835 issues
  • Develop and maintain understanding of RCM/Clearinghouse capabilities to respond to inquiries
  • Resolve common support tickets (Clearinghouse rejections, EDI Rules, ERA/EDI Help)
  • Improve enrollment experience and provide EDI/ERA support
  • Ensure ERA/EDI Enrollment is underway according to onboarding schedule
  • Monitor accounts for rejections or issues related to enrollment during client implementation

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Working knowledge of X12 Manual (837P, 837I, 835, 276, 277)
  • Experience performing Healthcare EDI/ERA enrollment for Part A and/or Part B facilities
  • Experience as EDI Analyst, troubleshooting clearinghouse/payer related rejections
  • Clear and effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines with urgency
