- Become a major contributor assisting clients via chat/email on 837/835 issues
- Develop and maintain understanding of RCM/Clearinghouse capabilities to respond to inquiries
- Resolve common support tickets (Clearinghouse rejections, EDI Rules, ERA/EDI Help)
- Improve enrollment experience and provide EDI/ERA support
- Ensure ERA/EDI Enrollment is underway according to onboarding schedule
- Monitor accounts for rejections or issues related to enrollment during client implementation
๐ฏ Requirements
- Working knowledge of X12 Manual (837P, 837I, 835, 276, 277)
- Experience performing Healthcare EDI/ERA enrollment for Part A and/or Part B facilities
- Experience as EDI Analyst, troubleshooting clearinghouse/payer related rejections
- Clear and effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines with urgency
