📋 Description

  • configuring and optimising Salesforce to be the single source of truth for commercial processes
  • implementing and maintaining other crucial sales tech (Gong, Cognism, Outreach, CPQ)
  • supporting operative teams to adopt tools, technology and processes
  • providing ad-hoc support to ensure smooth daily operations
  • ensuring new joiners are granted licences to our sales tools
  • collaborating with team members to identify opportunities to operate more effectively

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Salesforce Admin, implementing Salesforce and developing CRM databases
  • deep understanding of commercial processes and sales organisations
  • ability to work on cross-functional process improvement projects
  • very good command of written and spoken English; Spanish and German a plus
  • experience using CPQ tools, preferably DealHub
  • strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
