  • Safeguard marketplace presence across global ecommerce platforms.
  • Review labels, formulations, claims, and certifications per market.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee compliance projects with 3rd-party agencies and partners.
  • Manage licensing for Pattern's Canadian warehouse (site licenses, MDELs).
  • Develop and own regulatory SOPs; train teams and brand partners.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1โ€“2 years' regulatory compliance experience (high-risk products).
  • Ability to interpret and apply global regulations; strong research and risk assessment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong judgment and ethics.
  • Preferred: experience with dietary supplements, cosmetics, OTCs, or children's products in EU/UK/CA/CN/AU.
  • Preferred: experience submitting product registrations to FDA, Health Canada, EPA, CPSC, etc.
