- Hands-on with PIMs, DAMs, and content syndication tools (Salsify, Syndigo)
- Strong knowledge of retailer content requirements, SEO fundamentals, taxonomy, onsite merchandising
- Ability to analyze digital shelf KPIs and translate into actions
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Ops in a matrixed CPG
