- BA/BS in Biology, Environmental Science, Geology, Hydrology, or related.
- 3+ years regulatory or environmental consulting as a seller-doer.
- Established relationships with public agencies, regulators, developers, academia.
- Regulatory expertise (CWA 404/402/401, NWP/IP, NPDES, ESA) and GIS familiarity.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through sales and negotiations.
- Advanced degree or PMP/PM certification in Project Management.
