  • Achieve defined annual sales targets for growth.
  • Prospect and build a pipeline to 4x goal for core and strategic solutions.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the RES sales process to market solutions to target clients.
  • Position RES as a strategic advisor that addresses client issues with innovative solutions.
  • Attend and speak at conferences and trade groups to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor and share feedback on customer behavior to refine offerings.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • BA/BS in Biology, Environmental Science, Geology, Hydrology, or related.
  • 3+ years regulatory or environmental consulting as a seller-doer.
  • Established relationships with public agencies, regulators, developers, academia.
  • Regulatory expertise (CWA 404/402/401, NWP/IP, NPDES, ESA) and GIS familiarity.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through sales and negotiations.
  • Advanced degree or PMP/PM certification in Project Management.
