About the role

Join Ebury as a Technical Credit Product Manager to shape and execute the strategy for our credit products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable lending solutions for businesses, balancing risk and performance with customer value. This London-based role focuses on delivering measurable impact in a fast-paced fintech environment.

What you’ll do

• Define and own the product roadmap for credit-related products, including feature sets, experiments, and milestones
• Partner with risk, engineering, data science, and operations to design, launch, and iterate lending and credit-risk features
• Translate business goals into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics
• Analyse data to drive decisions, track performance, and optimize repayment performance and loss rates
• Manage stakeholders across product, commercial, regulatory, and customer-facing teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk controls

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in product management for credit, lending, or fintech products
• Experience working with credit risk, underwriting, collections, and related analytics
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics and conduct hypothesis-driven experiments
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align multiple teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and translate complex problems into actionable plans
