Ebury is seeking a Suppliers' Liaison in Hong Kong to manage supplier relationships and coordinate procurement activities. This role supports efficient operations by ensuring timely deliveries and compliant supplier practices.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for suppliers in Hong Kong
- Coordinate orders, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery
- Review supplier contracts, terms, and invoicing; assist with negotiations
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive improvements
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to resolve issues
- Maintain up-to-date supplier records and documentation
Qualifications
- Experience in supplier liaison, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple suppliers
- Proficiency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin a plus
