Ebury is a leading fintech specializing in cross-border payments. We are seeking a Suppliers' Liaison in Shanghai to manage supplier relationships, onboarding, and performance across the APAC region. This role will coordinate supplier onboarding, monitor performance, resolve supplier issues, and collaborate with procurement, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in the APAC region.
Coordinate supplier onboarding and maintain accurate supplier records.
Monitor supplier performance metrics and escalate issues as needed.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and logistics to support payment cycles and contract compliance.
Assist in process improvements and vendor risk management initiatives.

Requirements

Experience in supplier/vendor management or procurement.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
