Overview

Senior Staff / Principal Content Designer at Ebury. In this role you will shape the end-to-end content experience across Ebury’s products and platforms, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a seamless user experience. You will collaborate with product, design, engineering and marketing teams to develop content strategy, create and maintain content guidelines, and mentor other content designers. You’ll lead user research to inform copy, information architecture, and localization, and you will write and edit copy for product interfaces, help centers, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

  • Lead content strategy and design for product and platform experiences
  • Define tone, voice, and content guidelines to ensure consistency across products
  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform copy, IA, and localization
  • Create and maintain information architecture and centralized content systems
  • Write and edit copy for UI, onboarding flows, help centers, and marketing materials
  • Mentor and grow a team of content designers

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or Content Strategist (Senior level)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating content design, information architecture, and UX writing
  • Experience with information architecture, wireframes, and editing
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and internationalization
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Notion, Jira, and content management systems
