At Ebury, the Senior Product Manager will own the strategy and delivery of payment scheme implementations within our payments platform. You will partner with engineering, risk, compliance, and commercial teams to define, design, and launch scalable payment solutions that enable secure and efficient cross-border transactions.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for payment scheme implementations.
• Gather and translate business needs into actionable epics and user stories for engineering teams.
• Lead cross-functional squads through discovery, design, and delivery cycles.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and operations to ensure regulatory and security standards are met.
• Measure success using key metrics and iterate on features to optimize adoption and impact.
• Communicate plans and progress to executives and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech or payments.
• Experience delivering complex payment scheme integrations (e.g., card networks, bank schemes).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define success metrics and analyze outcomes.
• Knowledge of payments regulations and security considerations (e.g., PCI DSS) is a plus.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
