Role Overview

Senior Product Manager - Payment Scheme Implementation will own the end-to-end delivery of payment scheme implementations for Ebury's clients, from discovery to deployment. You will define product strategy, build roadmaps, write clear requirements, and coordinate with engineering, design, risk/compliance, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, compliant payment solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Define product vision and strategy for payment scheme implementations
Develop roadmaps and prioritize backlog with clear success metrics
Gather and translate customer and stakeholder needs into actionable requirements
Lead cross-functional squads including engineering, design, data, QA
Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to meet regulatory requirements
Manage timelines, milestones, and release planning
Monitor performance, adoption, and customer feedback; iterate

Requirements

5+ years in product management, preferably in payments or fintech
Experience launching payment schemes or integrating with PSPs, card networks, or regional schemes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Data-driven decision maker with analytical skills
Agile/Scrum delivery experience; ability to work cross-functionally
Bachelor's degree; advanced degree optional
