Ebury is a leading fintech providing cross-border payments and currency risk management for businesses worldwide. The Senior Product Manager for FinCore will own the strategy and development of FinCore, Ebury's core platform powering payments, treasury operations and FX for SMEs. This is an on-site role based in Málaga, Spain.
Role overview
As the Senior Product Manager for FinCore, you will define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for FinCore, collaborating with engineering, design, data, compliance and commercial teams to deliver value to customers and grow the business.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the FinCore product roadmap, translating business goals into clear feature priorities and outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, operations) to deliver high-quality, scalable features on time.
- Gather and synthesize customer, partner, and stakeholder needs; translate insights into well-written requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with analytics to establish success metrics, run experiments, and iterate based on data.
- Manage product backlog, write user stories, and participate in sprint planning and reviews within an Agile environment.
- Communicate product vision and trade-offs clearly to executives and relevant teams.
- Ensure FinCore integrates securely and compliantly with other Ebury platforms and third-party services.
Required experience and skills
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech, payments, or B2B software platforms.
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end products from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making (SQL knowledge a plus).
- Experience working in an Agile environment with engineers, designers, and data scientists.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence decisions across the organisation.
- Knowledge of payments, currencies, and treasury domain is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proficient English; Spanish language skills are beneficial.
