Senior FX Sales

Overview

Ebury is seeking a results-driven Senior FX Sales professional to join our growing fintech team in Auckland. In this role you will drive revenue by acquiring and managing corporate FX clients, lead FX trading conversations, and provide expert guidance on hedging strategies and currency risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of FX sales opportunities with corporate clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers; understand client needs, industries, and FX requirements.
• Advise on FX hedging strategies, rate expectations, and market developments; present clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to team growth.
• Provide market insights and support client education initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven track record in FX sales, treasury, or related financial services.
• Deep knowledge of foreign exchange markets, hedging instruments (spot, forwards, options), and risk management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment and manage multiple client engagements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; professional certifications welcomed.
