Be mentored by a performance team member on a 30/60/90 plan
Participate in data modelling reviews to validate model quality and alignment
Design, build, deploy and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines from multiple sources
Deliver data models with software engineering practices (version control, testing, CI/CD)
Orchestrate pipelines with Airflow (Cloud Composer) and GCP services
Reduce technical debt by updating outdated, inefficient code

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of data/analytics engineering experience with ETL on big data
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Knowledge of data software engineering practices (SDLC, RFC...)
Stay informed about latest data industry standards
Fluency in English
Spanish language is a plus
