- Collect, analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends and KPIs and dashboards to track performance.
- Monitor and report on commercial performance, adoption, and usage of the Ebury Connect platform, tracking APIs, ERP connectors, SFTP/H2H and PIX uptake.
- Collaborate to enhance sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and revenue forecasts to identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
- Utilize data from Ebury Connect to identify user friction points and provide commercial feedback to product/tech teams.
- Maintain and optimise the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and providing training support.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
- Experience as a sales/product analyst, fintech preferred
- Proficiency in Looker BI, Excel/Sheets, Salesforce or CRM
- Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, lead-to-revenue lifecycle
- Experience with sales enablement tools; ERP/API familiarity (NetSuite, PIX)
- Portuguese and English fluency; Spanish desirable
