Role: Screening Graduate

As a Screening Graduate you will assist with early screening of applicants and help coordinate the interview process as part of the HR & People team.

Responsibilities

Screen CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate data and ATS records
Assist with candidate communications and scheduling
Support onboarding activities for successful hires
Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes

Requirements

Recent graduate (Bachelor and equivalent)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Proactive and collaborative attitude
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
