Role Overview
The Salesforce Engineering Manager will guide a team of Salesforce engineers, shape the technical direction of our Salesforce platform, and collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate needs into robust technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers
- Architect and implement Salesforce CRM solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Design integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP
- Drive engineering excellence: code quality, CI/CD, security, and performance
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and deliver on roadmap
- Recruit, coach, and grow engineering talent
Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with leadership or Salesforce development
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce DX
- Experience with integrations and middleware (REST/SOAP)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent)
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
