Role Overview

The Salesforce Engineering Manager will guide a team of Salesforce engineers, shape the technical direction of our Salesforce platform, and collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate needs into robust technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers
• Architect and implement Salesforce CRM solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Design integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP
• Drive engineering excellence: code quality, CI/CD, security, and performance
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and deliver on roadmap
• Recruit, coach, and grow engineering talent

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with leadership or Salesforce development
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce DX
• Experience with integrations and middleware (REST/SOAP)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent)
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
