Product Owner - Strategist Money Flows

Overview

Product Owner - Strategist Money Flows at Ebury is responsible for shaping the strategy and execution of money flow initiatives across the business. You will own the product backlog, define user stories, and collaborate with engineering, finance, and risk to deliver features that improve payment flows, liquidity management, and treasury operations. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, set key performance indicators, and drive roadmap prioritization. The ideal candidate has fintech product experience, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven mindset.

Your responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and roadmap for Money Flows
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, risk, and finance
• Gather requirements, validate ideas with data and experimentation
• Define and track KPIs and outcomes
• Support agile ceremonies and coordinate releases
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful go-to-market and adoption

What you’ll need

• 4+ years of product ownership or product management experience in fintech/payments
• Deep understanding of payment flows, liquidity management, and treasury operations
• Experience with APIs and integrating with banking partners
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven mindset; SQL is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
