Product Owner - Strategist Money Flows

Ebury is a leading fintech helping businesses manage currencies, cross-border payments, and cash flow. As the Product Owner for Strategist Money Flows, you will own the end-to-end product experience for money movement features, define the product vision, manage the backlog, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the backlog for Money Flows initiatives based on business impact and customer needs.
• Translate business goals into actionable user stories and measurable success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, risk/compliance, and commercial teams to ship features in iterative releases.
• Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform the roadmap and maximise customer value.
• Own hypothesis-driven experimentation and define success criteria for initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory and security requirements are considered in every solution.
• Lead agile ceremonies, participate in release planning, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a compelling product vision and strategy for Money Flows that supports Ebury’s growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in fintech/payments with a track record of delivering money movement features.
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and ability to define and track metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business, compliance, and technology teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and collaborating with engineers and designers.
• Knowledge of payments, cross-border transfers, FX, FX risk, and treasury concepts is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
