Overview

Ebury is seeking a Product Manager - Website to lead the development and optimization of the company’s website experience. You will partner with product, design, engineering and growth teams to drive user engagement and conversions for a leading fintech business.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the website product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Gather and synthesize user insights, analytics, and market trends to inform backlog and feature decisions.
  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria; manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to plan and ship high-impact website features and experiments.
  • Run A/B tests, measure outcomes, and iterate to improve key metrics (conversion, activation, engagement).
  • Coordinate with marketing, compliance and customer success to ensure a cohesive, accessible and secure user experience.
  • Proactively communicate progress to stakeholders and maintain transparent documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally on fintech or B2B website products.
  • Proven track record shipping website features and driving growth and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation platforms and backlog prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; plus experience in a regulatory environment is a plus.
