About the role

You will design and maintain platform services, CI/CD pipelines, and the observability stack to ensure high availability and fast delivery for product teams.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and operate domain platform services with a focus on reliability and scalability
Maintain CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and infrastructure as code
Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to incidents; participate in on-call rotation
Collaborate with product engineering teams to improve developer experience
Contribute to security, compliance, and performance improvements

Requirements

3+ years in platform engineering, SRE, or a related field
Strong Linux knowledge and experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes)
Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS)
Proficiency in scripting/programming (Go or Python)
Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

Experience with financial services or fintech environments
Experience with security best practices and incident handling
