📋 Description

  • Lead front-of-house and office ops for Vilnius and Kaunas (Lithuania) and Riga (Latvia).
  • Support 20+ employees and visitors daily, including two remote offices.
  • Collaborate with the Country Manager and Regional Lead on day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee facilities, maintenance, and vendor relationships (cleaning, security, waste).
  • Manage admin tasks: meeting rooms, mail, stock, catering, couriers.
  • Plan internal events and guest visits (Offsites, Bootcamps, dinners).

🎯 Requirements

  • Multi-site admin: meetings, events, purchasing, fleet.
  • Facilities & Health & Safety experience; IOSH desired.
  • Hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian; Latvian a plus.
  • Bachelor's in Business Admin/Tourism/Hospitality a plus.
