- Lead front-of-house and office ops for Vilnius and Kaunas (Lithuania) and Riga (Latvia).
- Support 20+ employees and visitors daily, including two remote offices.
- Collaborate with the Country Manager and Regional Lead on day-to-day operations.
- Oversee facilities, maintenance, and vendor relationships (cleaning, security, waste).
- Manage admin tasks: meeting rooms, mail, stock, catering, couriers.
- Plan internal events and guest visits (Offsites, Bootcamps, dinners).
🎯 Requirements
- Multi-site admin: meetings, events, purchasing, fleet.
- Facilities & Health & Safety experience; IOSH desired.
- Hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian; Latvian a plus.
- Bachelor's in Business Admin/Tourism/Hospitality a plus.
