Role: Office Coordinator

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team on a part‑time basis (20-25 hours per week) based in our High Wycombe office. This role supports day‑to‑day administrative operations and helps maintain an efficient, welcoming office environment.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day office operations and facilities
  • Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and support a professional reception area
  • Manage calendars, book meetings/rooms, and arrange travel as needed
  • Assist with procurement and liaise with suppliers
  • Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies
  • Support onboarding and internal communications as required
  • Provide general administrative support to teams to ensure smooth operations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in office administration or coordination
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Positive, proactive, team‑oriented attitude
