Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes.
Identify high-risk clients via red flags and risk triggers.
Resolve day-to-day CDD issues; escalate complex cases as needed.
Manage caseload end-to-end in a timely, accurate manner.
Communicate task status and escalate problems swiftly as needed.

🎯 Requirements

University degree
Proven KYC/onboarding experience
Fluency in English and Romanian
Strong written and verbal communication
Attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Suite
