Ebury, a leading fintech, is seeking a KYC Onboarding Analyst to join our Porto team. The role focuses on client onboarding, Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, identity verification, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct KYC and AML due diligence checks on new and existing clients.
- Verify customer identities using provided documents and data.
- Review and validate onboarding information, flagging and escalating risk issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure data quality.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure timely onboarding.
- Assist with ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews in line with policy.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and customer due diligence.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- Proficiency with standard office tools and data entry.
