Overview
Key Account Director - Ebury Institutional at Ebury is a senior leadership role responsible for managing and growing our institutional client base within the Ebury Institutional division.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for institutional clients to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders across client organisations.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Operations to deliver client value.
- Identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Represent Ebury at industry events and maintain a strong external presence.
Requirements
- Proven track record in senior B2B sales, key account management, or institutional fintech/financial services.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to influence across functions and at executive levels.
- Based in London or willing to relocate; eligible to work in the UK.
