Overview

This entry‑level role supports the development and execution of our health & safety program to protect colleagues across offices and remote workers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of health & safety policies and procedures.
• Support risk assessments and control measures for workplace safety.
• Coordinate safety training and emergency procedures.
• Assist with incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Help ensure compliance with Spanish health & safety regulations (e.g., Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales).
• Maintain health & safety records, documentation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with facilities, HR, and business teams to foster a safety-first culture.
• Contribute to emergency preparedness and incident response plans.
• Monitor regulatory changes and best practices in workplace safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in health & safety or at least 1 year of related experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Spanish health & safety regulations (e.g., Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
