📋 Description

  • Core app support for Atlassian Suite (Jira/JSM/Statuspage/Compass/Assets), Slack and Notion.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing.
  • Triage, troubleshoot incidents; escalate to vendors or internal teams.
  • Support critical systems with Operations, including Core System, Salesforce and Fenx.
  • Monitor, maintain and tune system performance to ensure stability.
  • Create and maintain documentation; train employees on supported apps.
