- Experience in Risk Management (risk mapping, control testing, improvements).
- Knowledge of BCB resolutions (e.g., 3.978, 4.968, 4557) and COSO.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- English proficiency (minimum C1).
