Ebury is seeking an experienced Institutional FX Sales Director to lead client acquisition and revenue growth across institutional markets, focusing on cross-border payments, FX risk management, and treasury solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a strategic FX sales plan targeting institutional clients (corporates, funds, banks)
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team; manage pipeline and forecast revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers; negotiate and close complex deals
- Collaborate with product, risk, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class FX and treasury solutions
- Represent Ebury in market events and client forums to expand market presence
Requirements
- Proven track record in FX sales or institutional treasury sales with large clients
- Extensive network in financial institutions and corporate treasury spaces
- Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced fintech environment
- Based in London or willing to relocate; eligible to work in the UK
