FX Sales Associate - Mandarin Speaking at Ebury in Düsseldorf. The role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with Mandarin-speaking corporate clients, driving foreign exchange sales, and delivering first-class service on FX transactions. You will provide market insights, quotes, and hedging recommendations, process trades, and collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Mandarin-speaking corporate clients for FX products.
- Provide competitive FX quotes, facilitate trades, and hedge advisory.
- Collaborate with Sales, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of FX transactions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin; strong English communication skills.
- Interest or experience in financial services, FX, payments, or global markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
