FX Sales Associate - FX & Netting Solutions

Overview

Ebury is seeking an FX Sales Associate for FX & Netting Solutions in Frankfurt to help corporate clients manage currency exposure and optimize cross-border payments. You will develop relationships, understand client FX needs, and deliver tailored hedging solutions and netting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients in the Frankfurt region.
• Assess FX exposure and liquidity needs, recommending FX hedging and netting solutions.
• Collaborate with product, treasury, and risk teams to structure tailored offerings.
• Process trades, monitor positions, and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare proposals and respond to client inquiries with timely, accurate information.
• Support cross-sell of additional Ebury products to optimize client treasury operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in FX sales, treasury, or corporate finance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange markets, hedging concepts, and payment solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client engagements.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
