FX Sales Associate - FX & Netting Solutions

Ebury is a leading fintech delivering international payments and FX risk management solutions for businesses. The FX Sales Associate will join our London team to drive FX and netting solutions for corporate clients, helping them manage currency exposure and optimize cross-border cash flows.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage corporate clients in London to understand FX exposure, cash flow needs, and treasury objectives.
• Present and structure FX solutions (spot, forwards, options) and netting arrangements; lead end-to-end trade execution with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with treasury, trading, and operations teams to optimize payment flows and client hedging programs.
• Manage sales pipeline, achieve targets, and maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce).
• Provide market insights and guidance on currency risk management to clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in FX sales or related financial services is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange markets and hedging instruments; familiarity with netting concepts is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
