About the Role
As a FX Sales Associate you will be client-facing and play a key role in acquiring and supporting Canadian businesses with Ebury's FX and payment offerings. You will work closely with sales, trading, and onboarding teams to deliver tailored FX solutions and ensure a smooth client experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of SME clients in the Montreal area, identifying FX needs and opportunities.
- Prospect new business through outbound calls, emails, and networking; respond to inbound inquiries.
- Present Ebury's FX solutions, facilitate product demonstrations, and guide clients through the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with traders, onboarding, risk, and support teams to ensure compliant and timely client onboarding.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular forecasting and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in financial services or fintech; knowledge of FX is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and French; ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and build long-term client relationships.
- Experience using CRM platforms and MS Office; data-driven with a track record of meeting targets.
- Eligible to work in Canada; willingness to learn and grow within a global fintech.
