Role Overview

As an FX Sales Associate, you will develop and manage relationships with corporate clients in the Vancouver region, understand their FX needs, present hedging strategies, and execute FX trades. You will work with Sales, Risk and Client Services teams to deliver best-in-class service and help clients optimize cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients in the Vancouver region.
• Understand clients' FX needs and advise on hedging strategies and FX solutions.
• Execute spot and forward FX trades, monitor market conditions, and confirm settlements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Risk, Compliance, and Client Services to ensure client success.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely reporting.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in FX sales, treasury services or financial services.
• Knowledge of FX markets, hedging instruments, and payment solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field (or equivalent).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
